Holiday Gift Guide 2021

  1. Caraway Cookware

I included this cookware in my gift guide last year and l honestly love them so much I had to talk about them again. They are the best pans I’ve ever owned. I have the cream-colored cookware set in LA and I’m going to be getting another for the cottage! I love the way they make organizing easy because they come with a linen lid holder and storage for your pans. It makes the perfect Christmas gift if you know someone who just got a new place or if you know someone who has pots and pans that are just not great anymore.

2. Glassware

My love for glassware is still going strong! I’ve thrifted so much of it, from vintage-inspired glassware, glass coffee mugs, and, my current obsession, ribbed glassware. I love everything about the texture to how beautifully it photographs and I especially love it as a practical gift. We all have gone through missing glasses and end up with mismatched sets- this is the ideal gift for someone who’s just moved into a new home or appreciates the beauty of glassware!

Shop my favorite: vintage inspired gold rimmed, vintage glasses, glass mugs, carafe, ribbed

3. While Olivia Sleeps Art

My mom introduces a new art collection every 2 months on her Etsy shop and they’re stunning! This recent collection that just launched may be her best one yet. They’re a mix of landscape and still art pieces painted on canvas with acrylic. The originals make an amazing gift because she frames the art in vintage frames that she thrifted herself. Her digital downloads make a great gift, too, because it’s fast, easy and budget-friendly.

4. Christmas Photo Board Album

I love creating memories and being able to hold on to them in cute ways like this is just so sweet. My mom and I came across a pair of these vintage Christmas Photo Board Albums at the flea market and we couldn’t resist getting them. They were only $10 but I was able to find some online for you guys! I thought this would make a great gift for someone like brother who just had a baby so they can keep their Christmas memories organized in cute book.

5. Power Tools

It’s no secret that I love using power tools! I’ve been using them for 2 years now and I understand how intimidating it can be to get started (a big blade spinning real fast can be scary lol). But if you love to DIY or know someone who does, getting started with a drill, a circular saw and a sander is all you’ll need! Most hardware stores sell great started kits and you can do so much with these simple tools.

6. Coffee Table Books

I love thrifting books but I also enjoy gifting great coffee table books. I came across a pair of books while I was shopping that completely caught my eye:

  1. Vintage Living- I flipped through this book and fell in love with all the inspo that came thru the pages. It was filled with so much vintage decor with bold and jewel toned rooms. It’s an amazing book to own if you know someone who loves vintage and antiques!

  2. Maison Paris Chic At Home- this book reminded me so much of my favorite store in Fredericksburg, Warners. Salved french goodness. Mom loves the french country, had to get.

7. Scented Candles

When in doubt give a candle! I know this gift is common but personally, I LOVE receiving candles as a gift. Candles literally come in so many price ranges to fit any budget, it helps create a beautiful ambiance in a any space, and they smell AMAZING.

Shop some of my favorite scents: MALIN+GOETZ, the original soy candle, OliveandCO.

8. Jewelry

Jewelry is always a great gift to get or give. I love simple jewelry that I can wear all the time. So I look for things that are of great quality. My personal favorite pieces all come from Aurate New York. I love how simplistic their styles are. I love that you can style them and wear them all the time. These are the pieces that I wear all the time (when I’m not renovating!)

Shop my favorite: open link ring, love me knot ring, vintage ring & earrings

9. Self-Care Products

I really enjoy using things that make me feel good and so I also want my friends and family to feel good! Currently my mom and I are obsessed with this lip balm from Image Skin care. It hydrates your lips and improves the appearance of lip volume. This stuff is amazing! If you’re giving a self-care package as a gift or you just want it for yourself, do your lips a favor and get this lip balm.

10. Thrifted Gifts

I love finding and gifting people incredibly unique gifts. I personally love to give something that reminds me of them and I really only find that kind of gift when I’m thrifting or 2nd hand shopping. I look for things that were made in the year they were born.
